Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted for purchases made through The Southern Sunrise Boutique.


Return Eligibility

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, use, or care after delivery

Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact The Southern Sunrise Boutique within 30 days of delivery and provide their order number along with the reason for the return request.

Return instructions are provided only after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when returning items. The Southern Sunrise Boutique is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are not guaranteed. Customers must contact The Southern Sunrise Boutique before returning an item for exchange consideration.

All exchange requests follow the same eligibility and approval process as standard returns.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, customers must contact The Southern Sunrise Boutique within 7 days of delivery and provide details of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.


Late or Missing Refunds
